Return window
You may return any item within 45 days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition and include all packaging.

Refund process
Once your return is approved and received, a full refund will be processed. Refunds are issued within 48 hours to your original payment method.

Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives broken or not working. You can request a replacement or full refund, no need to return the damaged product. Contact us with your order details and photo proof.

Order cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 business hours. Once the package has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available. In this case, you can return the item once received.
