Shipping and Order Policy
Every order on Collectonly is processed with care.

Delivery time
Order processing takes 1 to 5 business days. Shipping time is 5 to 20 days, depending on your location. Shipping is free for all orders. Customs and duties are already included.

Before placing an order
Please double-check all details before confirming your order. If you need to cancel, do it within 24 business hours. After shipping begins, you can still return items within our 45-day return window.

Available countries
Shipping is currently available to more than 150 countries. This includes the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Canada, Japan, Australia, UAE, Brazil, South Africa and others. All fees are included in the final price.

Order confirmation and tracking
You will receive an order confirmation once your purchase is placed. As soon as the package is shipped, a tracking email will follow. If tracking info does not appear right away, please allow a short delay.
